- The last three months of bank statements.Three months, not one: some subscriptions are quarterly or annual.

- Your inbox: search for « invoice » and « subscription ».That surfaces the ones going through a credit card or PayPal.
- The total, per year.That is the number that triggers decisions — never the monthly one.

Not « do I like it »: did I actually use it. If the answer is no two months running, the question is settled.
Is it a duplicate?
Two music services, three video ones, two cloud storages. The duplicate is the least painful cut there is.
